A Process is a collection of templates that can be submitted and approved in a particular order.
For example, a District Approved Field Trip Process includes 3 forms that must be approved in the following order:
⦁ Field Trip Authorization Request Form (Internal)
⦁ Student Participation in Field Trip Form (Public)
⦁ Volunteer Participation in Field Trip Form (Public)
Each of these Forms must be submit and approved before being sent out to the parents. Note that only 2 of these 3 forms will be sent to parents, but all 3 must be approved by Administration before sending them out to parents.
