Each approved form has its own unique bit.ly link. To start collecting responses simply copy and paste this link to an e-mail, newsletter, or other means of communication and send to your contacts!
When your event is approved by administrators (administrators are members of your organization that have been granted admin access; usually a principal, manager, troop leader, etc.), you will receive an e-mail like the one below. Click on 'Login to Start Sending', to be taken to the login page.
Tip: The link can also be found by logging into your account and selecting your form from the list in your main dashboard. The link will always be at the top of the page.
Once you have logged in, you'll be taken to your event page. The event link can be found at the top of the screen. Simply copy that link and send it off to your respondents.
Parents or Respondents simply click the link to start filling in the form. There is no need for parents/respondents to create an account!
