You can select any past form you've created and 'copy from past' to duplicate it as a fresh form to make changes and revisions. You can do this as many times as you like with any form to create new forms.

Step by Step Instructions:

  • Step 1: Select 'New Form' in your dashboard
  • Step 2: Select 'Copy From Past' option (pictured below)
  • Step 3: Select any form from the list of your past forms provided. This will launch the form builder with a new (copied) version you can make changes to. (making changes to this copied version will NOT affect the original version of the form from which you copied it)
  • Step 4: Make your changes and updates as you would any other form. You'll be able to save/publish the new form anytime and find it in your forms list in draft status on your dashboard.

Shortcut! You can copy a past form directly from your dashboard. Hover your cursor over the form you wish to copy and select the copy icon (see below) on the far right of your screen.
