1. You will receive an email when a form has been submitted for approval. Click the link in the email for quick access.

2. Navigate to “My Approvals” (a) and select the form you wish to approve (b).

3. Review the content of the form. Click on Preview and select “Preview as Parent” to view the form as it will appear to a respondent

4. If changes are required, make comments (a) and select “Reject” (b). The form creator will receive an email notification with the comments to make revisions. 

5. If no changes are required, select “Approve”. The form creator will receive an email notification t­hat their form has been approved.
