Our new Conditional Question Fields make your form simpler and easier to fill out by hiding questions until your respondents need them.

Select "Conditional" from your "Add A Field" options.

Ask a Yes/No question. The answer that the respondent provides to this question will determine which questions they see next.

Select the type of question field you would like to create for the Yes and/or No condition.
TIP!- When a respondent answers "Yes" to your original question, they will be prompted to answer the conditional fields that you create under the "Yes" condition.

When a respondent answers "No" to your original question, they will be prompted to answer the conditional fields that you create under the "No" condition.

Create your question field for your Yes and/or No condition.
TIP- You may only create one field per condition.

When completing your form, your respondent will see the initial Yes/No question, and only be prompted to answer the additional questions that are relevant to the condition which they select in their response.
