How to Set Up Tickets With / Without Visible Fees

When paying online, Permission Click charges a small fee to cover the cost of transactions and our service.

When setting up tickets in a form, you have the option to make the fees visible or not.

To make fees visible:

  • Click the Settings Button in the top right corner of the ticket form.
  • Select the 'Pass Fees Along to Parents' checkbox.
  • Hit 'Save' and you're done.
  • The parent will now see the baseline ticket fee plus service fees and taxes (if applicable).

Note: Parents paying with cash or cheque will not see or pay these fees.

Add an Image to a Ticket

You're selling items such as spirit wear and you'd like to display an image of each item, or maybe you just want to jazz up your ticket with a fun image. No problem!

  • Click the "Click to add image" section.
  • Choose an image from your computer and upload it.
  • You're done!
  • The image will now appear on the left-hand side of the ticket.

Setting Start/End Dates for Ticket Sales

You need to set specific start and end dates for ticket sales. Easy to do!

  • Click the Settings Button in the top right corner of the ticket form.
  • Select a date for 'Ticket Sales Start Date' using the date selector.
  • Select a date for 'Ticket Sales End Date' using the date selector.
  • You're done!
  • Ticket sales will now be active for the time period selected.

Tip: The Ticket Start & End date is great for setting deadlines, such as if an event has early bird pricing!

Setting Minimum/Maximum Tickets Allowed per Order

You need to set minimum and maximum amounts for the number of tickets a person can order. No problem!

  • Click the Settings Button in the top right corner of the ticket form.
  • Enter a minimum ticket order amount in the 'Minimum Tickets Allowed Per Order' text box.
  • Enter a maximum ticket order amount in the 'Maximum Tickets Allowed Per Order' text box.
  • You're done.

Minimum tickets allowed per order is great for tickets that are manadatory for each attendee, for example an admission cost

Adding Selectable Options to your Ticket

Maybe you're selling t-shirts and want the option to select a size, or maybe you're selling lunch tickets and you want the option to order vegetarian, beef, or chicken. We get it! You need selectable options for your ticket. Here's how you build that:

  • In the ticket section, click 'Yes' to the question, 'Do you need to add selectable options to this ticket?'
  • A toolbox will appear with a number of tools you can use to build your selectable options.
