Generate a report

Running reports from your collected data is one of the features you will use most often. In Permission Click, you have several reports to choose from.

To access reports, click on the  "Actions & Reports" button towards the top right corner from the Form Manager page.

 

 

Types of Reports You Can Generate In Permission Click

Master Response List

Use this report to export the full details of all responses. The report is generated and sent to your email. Download the spreadsheet and filter as you need. This report is useful for in-depth analysis and to create graphs and charts for custom visualizations.

Each response will be in an individual row and form sections are divided into tabs for easy viewing.

Cancelled Responses Report

Use this report to export the full details of all responses that have been cancelled and refunded. This report is generated and sent to your email, in the same way the “Master Response List” report. Download the spreadsheet and filter and analyze as required..

All Responses Report

Use this report to export a folder containing an individual PDF for each student whose parents filled out a form. You will get an email with a link to download a compressed file in ZIP format and you can choose whether you want each PDF to contain a condensed response confirmation or the entire response.    

Custom Spreadsheet & Custom PDF

You can export custom spreadsheets or PDF reports choosing the information that you want your report to contain.

Once you choose the fields you want your report to contain, you can also filter report data. For instance, you can choose to generate a report only from students who are attending an event.

When you are generating a Custom PDF report, you’ll get an additional step to select how you want the information in the report to be sorted.

Once you click submit to generate the report that you want, you’ll get an email with the report attached.

SIS Extract Schedule

Note: This report is available on district-level forms only.

This report allows you to schedule reports to export files regularly to a secure FTP location. This report is exported in CSV format, and can be comma or space-delimited. The district can then use this file to write the form information that they have collected back to their SIS (Student Information System)

Responses by Student Report  (A)

This report is an on-screen report that shows a searchable and sortable summary of the names of students and their outstanding financial balance, if applicable.

Find the button to export this report on the right-hand side of the “Actions & Reports” menu

 

Orders by Ticket Report (B)

This is an on-screen report that shows the summary of all tickets paid, unpaid, refunded and cancelled by version.

Note: This report will only be available in forms with Tickets.

 

Financial Transaction Report (C)

Use this report to export the full details of all financial transactions that have occurred in the form, including a breakdown of all taxes and fees. The report is generated and sent to your email. Download the spreadsheet and filter as you need.

Note: This report is only available in forms with payment collection. Recorded manual payments will appear in this report, as will refunds. Refunded transactions appear in red.

 

 

Deposit Report

This report is located in your Admin menu on your Permission Click dashboard.

Use this report to reconcile your bank statement with the funds that are deposited from Stripe through your Permissions Click forms to your bank account.

The Deposit Report shows a breakdown of all funds deposited including the date and the form/ticket that the funds were collected under. Select one extra day on either end of your desired time frame to capture all deposits and account for bank server time zone discrepancies.
