There are two ways you can access a form. The school or organization requesting your form submission decides how they want to send you the invitation to submit a response. That will determine how you access the form.
The organization may post a link on their website, newsletter, social media or email it to you directly. Simply click on the link, and you will be taken to the form.
You may receive an email from Permission Click with the subject line “Form Response Required for [Organization Name].” Open the email and click on “Complete Your Form.” You will be taken to the form where you can submit your response.
Note: You don't need a Permission Click account to submit a form response.
