How to edit user information

Please note only admin users can edit user information. If you need to change user information and you are not an admin, please contact your organization administrator or customer success representative.

To edit users’ information or role, Select "User Management" from the “Admin” menu in the top navigation bar.

 

Select the user that you want to edit from your list.

 

Make your desired changes. When your edits are complete, click "Save User.”
