What is Multi-Account?

Available in School Edition Essentials, Standard, Pro and District Editions. Multi-Account allows a single user to have access to more than one Permission Click account with one email address.

Within schools districts, teachers and staff members often hold multiple positions in more than one school or site. 

Ensure that the user has been added to all appropriate Permission Click accounts via the User Management admin page. Once added, the user will receive an email asking them to verify that they have access to the account. 

To navigate between accounts, click on your user name and profile in the upper right hand header of your screen. You will see a drop-down of all connected accounts. Click on the account to navigate between accounts and user profiles.
