What are my options for managing processing fees?

Processing fees can be absorbed by the organization, built into the cost of the ticket, or passed along to respondents. Your organization should have a clearly defined fee structure process in order to be as successful as possible.

What forms of payment can I accept online?

Online payments can be made with:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay (includes supported debit cards)
  • Google Pay (includes supported debit cards)
  • Microsoft Pay (includes supported debit cards)


When do I use "Online Payments Only"?

Use “Online Payments Only” when you want respondents to not see the option to pay by cash or cheque on the Easy Pay page.

How do I track manual payments?

Manual payments can be tracked by selecting the response from the Response List on your Form Manage page and clicking “Add Manual Payment”. There is no fee for manual payments.

When will I receive my funds in my bank account?

Your funds will be batched and deposited daily, and you will receive the funds in approximately 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
