If you need a parent or guardian to submit a new response to one of your forms they’ve already responded to, you can reset their submission and re-invite them to fill out the form.
Please note that the original order will remain intact if the response includes a purchase and will not be refunded/cancelled.
To restart a response
- Open the form that contains the response you’d like to restart.
- Once in the Form Manager, select the response to restart.
- In the response detail window, click on the Restart Response button (A).
- A confirmation window will open for you to confirm that you want to restart the response. Check off the box that you understand the confirmation and click the “Yes - Restart” button.
- The email address on-file will then receive a new invitation email to respond to the form again.
