Restart response

If you need a parent or guardian to submit a new response to one of your forms they’ve already responded to, you can reset their submission and re-invite them to fill out the form.

Please note that the original order will remain intact if the response includes a purchase and will not be refunded/cancelled.

To restart a response

  1. Open the form that contains the response you’d like to restart.
  2. Once in the Form Manager, select the response to restart.

  3. In the response detail window, click on the Restart Response button (A).

  4. A confirmation window will open for you to confirm that you want to restart the response. Check off the box that you understand the confirmation and click the “Yes - Restart” button.

  5. The email address on-file will then receive a new invitation email to respond to the form again.
