When do I use "selectable options" on a ticket?

Use selectable options on a ticket when you need to collect more information regarding the respondent’s ticket. For example, a ticket for a t-shirt might need selectable options for size, colour and style.

When do I use Ticket Minimum and Maximum allowed per order?

Use these settings to restrict the number of tickets that can be purchased for each attendee. A common use is to set the minimum and maximum both to 1 to ensure that a single ticket is purchased for every student.

Can I add pictures to a ticket?

You can add more details to your tickets by adding a picture. Click on the settings gear on your ticket box towards the bottom of the form builder. Select “Add file” and upload the picture that you would like respondents to see on the ticket.

How do I delete a ticket?

Select the “X” in the top right-hand corner of your ticket. You will receive a confirmation warning asking if you are sure you want to delete your ticket. This action deletes only the single ticket you have selected.

How do I use the description section in a ticket?

Click the settings gear and add text to the description box in ticket settings to describe your ticket in detail to respondents. The text will appear directly below the price of your ticket on your form.

How do I copy a ticket?

Select the copy icon in the top right-hand corner of your ticket to create an exact duplicate, including all files and selectable options. You can then decide to edit or modify any sections you would like.
