Who should be set up as an Administrator in my Account?

Administrators have full access to the admin menu. They can create templates, create and approve forms, view all forms, create/edit users, access all reporting and update the account details. Typically, Office Managers, Admin Assistants, and Secretaries are created as Administrators.

To create a user as an Administrator, access the Admin menu and go to User Management. Create new and make sure to check Organization Administrator.
